Current test build: anonymous map sharing (15003 onward)
This version uses Firebase anonymous identities and does not include the Google Play Games sign-in SDK. No Google account, email, password or verification code is needed. Tap Enable anonymous identity to create a random user ID for ownership, reports and deletion. Credentials stay on your device; uninstalling or clearing app data loses management access to earlier publications. Public browsing and downloads do not require an identity.
Current uploads consist of anonymous user IDs, maps you publish and reports. Firebase processes necessary network, security and request logs. The Google Play identity/diagnostics details below apply only to older 15001/15002 builds. Support continues to accept deletion requests for older accounts.
Data and purpose
The current version creates an anonymous Firebase identity when you enable it. Older versions used Google Play Games authentication. We use a Firebase user ID for map ownership. We do not ask for your Google password. Maps you publish include a title, level structure, difficulty, object count, author ID and timestamps, and are public to community players. Reports contain the reporter ID, map ID, category and timestamp; they are used for moderation and are not shown in the public map list. Local drafts, preferences, blocked-author lists and session data are stored on your device; drafts are not automatically uploaded.
Google's authentication and database services receive technical request information, such as IP addresses, application/device information and service logs, for networking, authentication, security and operation. The map database uses Cloud Firestore in Singapore. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell personal information, show ads, or include advertising-tracking or third-party marketing analytics SDKs. See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security.
On devices with a Play Games profile, the Play Games SDK may automatically authenticate the platform identity according to your Google Play settings. It processes gamer identity, such as a player identifier, gamertag and avatar, and collects stability analytics and diagnostics. This game creates its Firebase community account when you use community sign-in. It does not request your friends list or upload offline game progress or leaderboard scores. Delete your community account
In the game, open Workshop → Community → enable anonymous identity (if needed) → Delete community account → confirm. Using the identity credentials on this device, the game deletes your published maps, your reports and this game's Firebase account. Local drafts remain; use Android's Clear app data option to remove local data. This does not delete your Google account or Play Games profile.
Alternatively, email free4564567@gmail.com with the subject “Aether Relay Account Deletion”, your published map names and information allowing us to verify ownership. Never send passwords, verification codes or identity documents. We will verify ownership, process the request and reply with the outcome. You may also request deletion of specific published maps without deleting your account.
Players' previously downloaded copies cannot be remotely removed. Provider security/operational logs and backups may remain according to the provider's retention policies. Avoid including personal information in public map titles. You can report maps and block authors locally. The game is intended for players aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13.
